Laboratory Services

  • Conducting Indoor Air Quality Assessments to Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), American Society for Testing and Materials body (ASTM) and The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) standards.​

  • Identify mold etiology and other issues that lead to poor indoor air quality.

  • Conduct testing of the air column for particulate matter and microbiological contaminants.

  • Collect readings for toxic gases of selected spaces.

    • Psychrometric Analysis to include:

    • Temperature

    • Relative Humidity

    • Dew Point

    • Surface Temperature

    • Produce a detailed report following inspection, outlining: the data collected; findings; causes of poor indoor air quality, if any and; solutions to remedying the problems.
