Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessments
The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) standards. The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments consists of identifying mold etiology and other issues that lead to poor indoor air quality, conducting the testing of air column for particulate matter and microbiological contaminants, collecting readings for toxic gases and particulate matter of select spaces which include:

The assessment also includes a Psychrometric Analysis which includes readings for:

Temperature

Relative Humidity

Dew Point

Surface Temperature
A detailed post inspection report is provided to the client outlining data collected. findings, causes of poor indoor air quality and recommendations to remedy the issues identified.
